4. Orders & Billing

  • Order Confirmation: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp/Phone call to confirm the order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Pakistan Market)

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services (TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.) or weather conditions.

  • Customers must pay the rider the full amount before opening the parcel, as per standard courier policy in Pakistan.

7. Errors & Omissions
