Returns & Refund Policy

At Vogue we offer a 2-Day Replacement Guarantee for your peace of mind.

1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or missing parts.

  • You received the wrong item (color/size/model).

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact.

Note: For hygiene reasons, skincare products (like the Glowsome Cleanser) cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the product is used.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: WhatsApp us at  with your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.

  2. Approval: Once reviewed, we will provide the return warehouse address.

  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
